BMX 2000 privacy

Solo riding and input stay on your device. If you connect to the BMX shop, Cloudflare stores your garage: the username you choose, your credits, experience, owned parts, the bikes you build (parts and paint) and rider options, and your progress: daily check-ins and challenges claimed, Trick Book entries landed, personal bests and medals per map, lifetime riding stats (such as your biggest air and best line) and your time zone offset, so your day starts at your midnight. Accepted friends and riders in the same room can see your level, Trick Book count, medals, stats and earned items. If you buy credits, Apple processes the payment; we receive the purchase's transaction record from Apple (product, transaction id and whether it was refunded) to add it to your garage, never your payment details. Each device opens it with a random garage key. The app keeps that key in its storage and in the iOS Keychain, so reinstalling the app keeps your garage; Cloudflare stores only a one-way hash of it, and it is never sent to other players. We do not include third-party analytics, location tracking, contacts access, or chat.

Optional ads: BMX 2000 can show rewarded video ads through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) and Unity Ads, only when you tap WATCH AD; watching one to the end doubles the credits riding earns for 30 minutes, at most once every two hours. While ads are on, their SDKs collect device and usage information to show, measure and pay for ads and prevent fraud: IP address and the country it implies, device model, OS and network, app and session information, ad interactions and performance data, the vendor identifier and, only if you allow tracking when the app asks before your first ad, the advertising identifier, under Unity's privacy policy (unity.com/legal). In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland ads are not personalised. Change tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Your garage stores only when you last claimed a boost; we never send these networks your username, garage or progress.

When you join a room, Cloudflare processes your network connection, a temporary player identifier, room membership, selected game location, and rider movement to let riders ride together. Other riders see your username (or a generated rider name if you have not chosen one), your bike build, rider style and riding animation. Room codes grant access to private rooms; share them only with people you want to join. Quick join places you in a public room: anyone who quick joins can land in it and see the same, and to choose a room the service keeps, for as long as each public room lasts, which players are in it.

Optional Game Center sign-in uses Apple's signed player identifier to verify your identity. When you are signed in, the app links your garage to a one-way hash of that identifier so a new iPhone or iPad signed in to the same Game Center account can load it. We do not receive your Apple password or retrieve your friends list. Apple handles Game Center under its own privacy policy.

Friends: your account keeps your friends list: the accounts you and they agreed to be friends with, requests still waiting, and room invites, which end with their room or after 30 minutes. Anyone who types your exact username, or taps Add friend on you in a room you share, can send you a request; nobody can search or list usernames. Only accepted friends see whether you are online (you used the app in the last 90 seconds), when you were last active, and the code of the room you ride in. The app checks for new requests and invites while it is open; nothing is pushed to your device. Declining, removing a friend or deleting your account deletes these records, and your friends list moves with your account when you load it on another device.

To log in on another device yourself, Settings → Account → Another device shows a one-time code that expires after 15 minutes; only a hash of it is stored.

Rider safety: usernames are checked against a list of offensive and reserved words when they are chosen and whenever other riders are shown them; a name that fails shows to others as a neutral name such as "Rider 0427" until it is changed. When you report a rider, we store your account, the rider's player identifier and account, the name and bike and rider look you reported, the room code, the reason and the time, so we can review it; the rider is never told who reported them. A name several riders report is hidden while we review it. Reports are kept until reviewed and deleted 90 days after review. When you block a rider, we store that you blocked their account until you unblock them; it is used to hide their name and look from you, refuse their friend requests and keep you apart in quick join. Deleting your account deletes your blocks, the reports you sent and the reports about you.

Live movement is held only for the session. Empty rooms are removed after approximately two minutes; a private room expires after four hours; a public room lasts while riders ride it. In a FREE JAM you can vote for the next map; the service keeps your vote until that map's turn ends, and riders there see only how many votes each map has, not who cast them. Operational error logs may be retained by Cloudflare for up to seven days. These logs exclude tokens, room codes, Game Center proofs, and movement payloads. To fix connection problems, we keep a record of room connection events (when your player identifier joins or leaves a room and why, with the room code and your app version) and the automatic report the app sends if you are removed from a room without choosing to leave (device model, iOS version, network type and recent connection messages) for 14 days. We do not sell your garage data or use it for advertising; ad data is handled by Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads as described above.

There is no email account for the BMX shop. Shop data remains on Cloudflare until you delete it: Settings → Account → Delete account removes your garage, username, progress, purchase records, Game Center link, friends, requests, invites and every device key immediately. You can also email the support ID shown there. Leaving a multiplayer room ends participation, and temporary room information expires automatically. Apple controls Game Center account settings.
